01 / Preventive programme
A fixed inspection interval, a printed checklist, and price bands you read before the bay door opens.
02 / Intervals
Four intervals, one published sheet. Selecting a mark swaps the checkpoint list and the band beside it. Nothing is added at the counter.

Bands are not caps. Oil grade and quantity, filter count and approved REPLACE items move the final bill.

The sheet you leave with is the sheet the technician works from: 23 fixed checkpoints, a status for each, and the price delta for anything we propose.
OK within spec Attention recheck next interval Replace quoted now
Every estimate names the checkpoint number it came from. Parts are OE-quality aftermarket by default, genuine manufacturer parts on request at the quoted price, reconditioned only with your written approval. Preventive maintenance lowers the risk of a breakdown; it does not promise that future repairs will not be needed.
Four items on the 23-point sheet passed inspection and are not being sold at this visit. Each one carries the mileage at which the shop will look again.
Deferring is a recommendation about timing. It is not a promise that the part will hold until the reassessment point.
See all 23 checkpointsEvery deferred item prints on your sheet with the measured value, the limit it was compared to, and the reassessment point, so a second shop can read the same numbers.
05Price bands
These are the ranges we quote at booking for a Kyiv bay. They are not caps. Oil grade and quantity, filter count, and any point your sheet marks REPLACE are the three things that move a final invoice. Parts are OE-quality aftermarket by default, genuine manufacturer parts on request at the quoted price.

| Air, cabin and fuel filter setper interval | 1,650 – 3,900 | Why this rangeFilter count, not labour. A carbon cabin filter and a diesel fuel filter push the band up. |
| Brake check and pad measurement30 min | 450 – 900 | Why this rangeMeasurement only at the low end. Freeing a seized caliper pin adds a wheel-off step. |
| Scheduled 40,000 km service2 bay hours | 6,400 – 9,800 | Why this rangeInspection, fluids and filters combined. Items marked REPLACE are quoted before work starts. |
| Coolant flush and pressure test60 min | 1,900 – 2,700 | Why this rangeCoolant type and system volume. The pressure test after the flush is always included. |
Deferring an item is a recommendation about timing, not a promise it will hold until the next interval. Preventive maintenance lowers the risk of a breakdown; it does not guarantee that future repairs will not be needed.
